Our calculators use current UK market data — materials, labour rates and typical project scopes — to give you realistic cost ranges specific to your project. We don't round down to make things look cheaper, and we don't pad figures to seem comprehensive. The estimates reflect what most homeowners actually pay when the work is done to a reasonable standard by a qualified tradesperson.
